Product Overview.

Designed for sports medicine labs, rehabilitation clinics and teaching professionals The SwingTrainer™ is a complete swing analysis system that precisely monitors all aspects of sports movements involving golf clubs, baseball bats, tennis racquets and hockey sticks. The SwingTrainer is based on The MotionMonitor software that is used in major universities and research institutions to track 3-D human movement.  It provides a scientific foundation for measuring and evaluating your motion. Eight small tracking sensors precisely monitor the position and orientation of 36 points on the body and sports object at the rate of 144 times per second.  As a result The SwingTrainer is able to capture information that is not observable to the human eye.  The data is used to render an exactly proportioned model of you and to provide data on such important characteristics as shoulder rotation, club or bat speed, balance, center of mass, etc.  Unlike video, you can zoom in and fly around this rendering to see your swing from any angle.  Your pro has more information to work with and a whole new set of communication tools.
