The Maintenance & Subscription Program... The Maintenance & Subscription Program is designed to extend normal manufacturer warranties on underlying components of The MotionMonitor™ for up to five years and to insure that all of our clients continue to enjoy the latest features of The MotionMonitor™ software. With the Maintenance & Subscription Program, clients can expect that equipment that fails due to defect or normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Examples of this might be computer monitor failures, hard drive crashes, sensor failures due to conductor breaks, etc. Failures such as sensors that are crushed by stepping, monitors broken by golf balls, and cabinet doors torn from their hinges are examples of failures not due to normal wear and tear and would not be covered by the program. Quick release attachment cuffs are not covered by the program. Rather than perform the repair/replacement itself or hire local service personnel to complete the repair on the client’s site, Innovative Sports Training, Inc. may at its option, require that the client ship the defective component to Innovative Sports Training, Inc.’s office for repair. Software upgrades will be provided when and if, released for sale to the public. Any hardware changes or additions which would be necessary to run software upgrades or to take advantage of new features are not be covered by this program and will have to be purchased separately. Examples of this might be additional RAM memory, larger hard drives or new CD drives that might be required for acceptable program performance. The Maintenance & Subscription Program is an annual program which the client can renew for up to five years from the date of purchase, or longer if Innovative Sports Training, Inc. consents. The program fee is paid at the time of equipment purchase and annually thereafter for the duration of the program. The client has the option to discontinue the program at anytime. The Software Subscription Program... The Software Subscription Program enables clients who do not wish to participate in the full Maintenance and Subscription Program to obtain software upgrades.
